Limitations of Educational Services
Kenwood Media Academy provides skills training in the fields of media, communication, and broadcasting for personal and professional competency development purposes. We explicitly state that participation in our courses does not provide a guarantee of job placement, income guarantee, or formal academic degree certification like a university.
Our main focus is the transfer of knowledge and technical practices in accordance with the curriculum approved by the management of PKBM RIDHO. All educational materials provided are for learning purposes and must not be misused for illegal or unethical activities outside the academy. Students receive materials, exercises, and evaluations as part of the learning process, not as a guarantee of specific professional outcomes.

Registration and Data Accuracy
Students enrolling in courses must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in accordance with official identification valid in Indonesia. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e-learning account access information and are prohibited from sharing such accounts with any other party.
Kenwood Media Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel a student's membership if false data or suspicious activity is found on the account in question. Registration is considered valid only after the administrative fee payment is confirmed by our financial system in accordance with the official instructions provided. Every student is required to use an active email address to receive registration confirmation and access to learning materials.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
All educational fees must be paid through official channels such as bank transfers or payment methods legally determined on our platform. We do not accept cash payments on-site except for specific office administration that has an official receipt from our cashier.
Fees already paid for a specific course are in principle non-refundable if the student decides to withdraw after the material has been accessed digitally. However, we provide a policy for transferring schedules or other types of courses with written approval from the academy management at least 7 days before the class begins. Transfer requests are sent via the official academy email and will be reviewed within 5 working days.

Intellectual Property Rights
All educational materials, including but not limited to videos, module texts, graphics, logos, and curriculum designs, are the exclusive property of Kenwood Media Academy. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use such materials solely for personal learning purposes during the course period.
It is strictly prohibited to record, copy, distribute, or resell our training materials without valid written permission from the Ridho Berdikari Foundation. Violations of these intellectual property rights will be strictly dealt with through legal channels applicable in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the Copyright Law.

Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior and respect instructors and fellow students during face-to-face class sessions as well as online discussions on our platform. Any form of bullying, discrimination, hate speech, or indecent acts will be grounds for termination of membership without a refund.
We uphold the values of politeness and communication ethics as taught in our training curriculum at Kenwood Media Academy. Discipline in attendance and assignment submission is also part of the graduation evaluation that must be adhered to by every student during the learning period.

Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
Kenwood Media Academy is not responsible for any losses arising from misinterpretation or application of training materials by students in their professional careers. We provide tools and knowledge, but the final results depend heavily on the dedication, talent, and effort of each individual in practicing them in the real world.
Our website is provided as is without a guarantee that access will never be interrupted by technical issues from internet service providers or periodic server maintenance. We are also not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites whose links may appear within our materials or site.
Our training focuses on developing communication, media, and journalistic skills. The success of students in applying these skills in work environments, organizations, or other professional activities is beyond the academy's control and is the responsibility of each individual.

Legal Compliance and Domicile
These Terms & Conditions are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia applicable nationally and locally in Bandung. Any disputes arising from or related to our services will be resolved first through deliberation to reach a consensus between both parties.
If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be brought to the jurisdiction of the Bandung District Court as our official legal domicile. By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to file a class action in any form related to our educational services.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to adapt to changes in services or new government regulations. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page, and we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice if such changes are substantial for participants.
You are advised to check this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of your rights and obligations as a user of our services. Continued use of the service after changes to the terms are made constitutes full acceptance of the new requirements established by management.
